As an advocate, Mrs. K. Sribhoomi Yesaswini, has been practicing for over 22 years now. She specifically deals with Provident Fund Matters and Labour matters. She also is on the POSH panel of companies conducting several orientations for committee members, employees and even contract labour in various languages such as Hindi, Kannada, Telugu and Tamil. She possesses an LL.M in International Trade & Commercial Laws from the University of Essex (UK). She secured a distinction in the program and authored a thesis on ‘Fraud in commercial law’. Her areas of expertise include Labour Laws, Consumer Laws, Competition Law, (both national and international) Land Acquisitions by Companies, Sexual Harassment, Cross Border Distribution Agreements, Software Development Agreements, International Arbitral Agreements, International Commercial Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Law.


Ms. Sindhu routinely deals with matters involving the intersection of labour law and civil law, particularly in cases concerning employment contracts, service conditions, workplace discipline, and enforcement of legal obligations arising from employment relationships. Her work often includes addressing civil disputes that stem from or relate to employment matters, as well as representing parties in criminal prosecutions connected to incidents occurring in the course of employment—such as allegations of misconduct or workplace offences. She engages with these overlapping legal domains across various forums, including Labour Courts, Civil Courts, and Criminal Courts, depending on the nature and origin of the dispute. She has over five years of experience.


Ms. Archana has been engaged in labour law practice for over 11 years, representing clients in a range of employment-related disputes including termination, dismissal, misconduct inquiries, and other service-related issues. She regularly appears before Labour Courts and Industrial Tribunals in matters arising under the Industrial Disputes Act, both in references made by the appropriate government and in disputes instituted directly by employees or unions. In addition to industrial disputes, she also handles proceedings under the Employees’ State Insurance Act, particularly concerning employer compliance, contribution disputes, and employee benefit claims. Her work involves navigating procedural and substantive aspects of labour legislation, with a focus on statutory obligations and adjudicatory processes under labour welfare laws.
